Property Manager, Sunset Ridge of Alamo Heights

Samantha joined Morningside in 2021 and is the Property Manager at Sunset Ridge of Alamo Heights, Morningside’s newest acquisition in San Antonio, TX. Samantha oversees the leasing, maintenance and all property management functions for the property.

Samantha has three years experience in multi-family housing, as well as previous
experience in the banking industry.

Samantha is a Texas native and an active mother of three. Outside of work, she enjoys bodybuilding training/competitions and plant collecting and is working on a greenhouse to enjoy with her family.
