Nicole Kurdziel

Property Manager, Elmhurst 255

Nicole Kurdziel joined Morningside in 2022 as the property manager for Elmhurst 255, in Elmhurst, IL.  In this role, Nicole oversees the leasing, operations and maintenance teams at the community.

Prior to joining Morningside, Nicole was a property manager at Flats, and has additional background in hospitality, project management and claims management.

Originally from California, Nicole now resides in Chicago’s western suburbs with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hanging out with her Chihuahua Brinks, reading psychological thrillers and making homemade pizza.
