Melissa Durante

Property Manager, Elmhurst 255

Melissa Durante is the property manager at Elmhurst 255, the premier apartment community in Chicago’s western suburbs. In this role, Melissa oversees all leasing and property operations for the community located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst, IL.

Melissa came into property management with experience in advertising, marketing and sales. After working in commercial property management with Jones Lang LaSalle, Melissa transitioned into residential real estate and was a leasing consultant with AMLI and a leasing & assistant manager with STYL Residential prior to joining Morningside as a leasing & assistant manager, then promoting to property manager.

Melissa has a degree in communications from Northwestern University, holds a leasing license from the Real Estate Institute, and is work on her CAM credentials. Outside of work Melissa enjoys yoga, travel, and trying new restaurants with family and friends. She lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her four children and Shih Tzu.
