Liberty Lofts | Buyer Incentives Offered for Four Remaining Lofts

ANN ARBOR, MI –  With only four out of 68 residences left in the award-winning historic building, Liberty Lofts is, for the first time, offering a package of flexible incentives to buyers.

“Our prices have remained solid, and we’re very pleased with Liberty Lofts’ success,” said Ron Mucha, senior vice president of Morningside Group, the project’s developer.  “We’re at 95 percent sold so it just makes good business sense for us to take action to close out the project.”

Incentives will be negotiated individually, based on buyer priorities. They will apply for buyers who sign a purchase agreement prior to October 30.

In September, the company launched a vigorous marketing campaign to promote the incentives, using signage, email to Ann Arbor realtors and previous visitors and a special package for the existing 64 loft owners.

“I’ve worked with every single buyer over the past two and a half years,” said New Homes Manager Carrie Cohen.  “I’ve seen how they’ve customized their homes, made friends in the building and in the neighborhood and come together as a team in the condominium association board of directors.  We’re encouraging them to think about friends and family who might have seen what loft living is like and would like to try it for themselves.”

Each of the four remaining lofts is unique.  Three are in the older, historic building in the development and one spans the new and the old portions.  They range in size from 1,343 to 1,994 square feet.  One has a 950-square-foot terrace.  All are ready for immediate move-in.  They have been completed with the most popular features and finishes, including granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances and hardwood or bamboo floors, but some customization is possible.   Each includes a space in the heated indoor garage.
