Katlin Waite

Katlin Waite is the property manager at Nalle Woods of Westlake, the premier apartment community in Austin’s Hill Country, featuring 238 apartments in a lushly landscaped, urban oasis.
Katlin joined Morningside in 2021 with over 10 years of property management experience in both student and multi-family communities. She is an Austin native, and has a Bachelor’s in Business with a Specialization in Marketing from Texas Lutheran University.
Outside of work, Katlin enjoys playing volleyball, volunteering at a therapeutic riding center, going on adventures with her dog and spending time with family.
