Janie Caroom

Director of Property Management

Janie Caroom is Morningside Group’s Director of Property Management, overseeing all property operations. Janie previously joined the Morningside team in 2020 as the property manager for Nalle Woods, the premier apartment community in Austin’s Hill Country.

Janie has nearly 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry, with the majority of them as a property manager. She holds a bachelors from Texas State University.

In her spare time, Janie and her husband run a business breeding and training English Mastiffs. They live on a ranch in Austin, Texas.
