Arbor Court | Homebuyers Enjoy Leap Year Special at Arbor Court in Oak Lawn

OAK LAWN, IL –  Lucky homebuyers can start the New Year with both a new home and a new car when they purchase a new condo at Arbor Court in Oak Lawn. This special promotion ends February 29, 2008.

Buyers who purchase one of the last remaining homes at Arbor Court, currently at their lowest prices ever, will receive a 2008 Honda Civic LX Coupe. The buyer is only responsible for title costs, taxes and fees (full terms and conditions are available at the Arbor Court info center). The vehicles are being provided by Community Honda of Orland Park.

If buyers prefer, they can take the price of the vehicle and have that amount discounted from the home’s purchase price. Three buyers recently took this option when they purchased new homes at Arbor Court and only five condos now remain available. Due to overwhelming interest, the developer recently announced that Arbor Court’s professionally furnished model would also now be made available to the public for purchase.

Arbor Court is the new five-story, 84-unit condominium development located at the intersection of 96th Street and 51st Avenue in Oak Lawn.
