40 Condos Set for Downtown Downers Grove Development

Forty condominiums are planned at Morningside Square, a development in Downers Grove.

Base prices range from about $210,000 to $370,000. Six plans are sized from 1,251 to 1,918 square feet.

Most plans have family rooms and breakfast rooms.

“It’s the first new condominium building in downtown Downers Grove in more than 20 years,” said David Strosberg, president of Morningside Builders LLC, the developer.

“We were very fortunate to acquire this exceptional site overlooking Centennial Park,” he said.
