ROYAL OAK, MI – When the best deals of the season are available, department stores have their big 48-hour sales. For the first time ever, SkyLofts MarketSquare is having its own 48-hour sale. On November 3 and 4, the development, at the corner of 11 Mile Road and Curry Street, will offer special pricing on nine lofts, with as much as $194,000 off previous prices.
The sales office will be open extended hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days to accommodate buyers.
“These prices expire at 6 p.m. on Sunday,” said New Homes Manager Michelle Harrier. “When it’s over, it’s over. Bring your checkbooks, because immediate deposits are required and contracts will be binding.” She encouraged prospective owners to view the lofts in advance during regular hours, Thursday through Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The nine sale residences range from a 1,174-square foot one-bedroom with one and a half baths, reduced by $101,000, to a 2,146-square-foot penthouse with two bedrooms and two baths, reduced by $194,000.
All the lofts are finished with premium features: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors and a fireplace. All include one heated, indoor, secure parking space. All of course feature the standard amenities that loft buyers crave: soaring ceilings, open floor plans and a true outdoor living space.
“People who are interested in what we have to offer should visit our competitors first. Then they’ll see for themselves that our combination of features and price is, hands down, the best value in Royal Oak,” Harrier said. “At Syms department store, they say ‘An educated consumer is our best customer.’ That’s true here, too.”
SkyLofts MarketSquare is located at 101 Curry Avenue and 11 Mile Road, two blocks east of Main Street in downtown Royal Oak. One- and two- bedroom loft condominiums are available; prices November 3 and 4 begin at $219,900. All available lofts are completed and ready for immediate move in.
