Fort Sheridan Place Luxury Rentals has announced that fully renovated one-, two- and three-bedroom residences are now ready for occupancy.
More than 30 residences have been upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, black Frigidaire appliances, new carpeting, cherry stained wood cabinetry, and new windows. Additionally, the units offer individually controlled heat, central air conditioning, and a large private patio or balcony. A fully furnished designer model has just opened which features two spacious bedrooms, along with gracious dining and living rooms and a private patio.
The 634 Sheridan Road building is the ﬁrst building to be renovated during FortSheridan Place Luxury Rental’s phased program. Within each of the three mid-rise buildings are ﬁve individual tiers, each with their own entry, elevator bank and laundry rooms on each ﬂoor. This unique “building-within-a-building” design creates a boutique feeling within the larger buildings.

Morningside Group is inviting neighbors and interested renters to tour the new designer model residence and renovated common areas Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6p.m. and weekends between 10 a.m. to5p.m. Members of the Chamber of Commerce and city ofﬁcials viewed the new residences at a special sneak preview party on Sept.10.
